Remarks by Walter van Tilborg and Johan Visschedijk: "The CL-3 Sagittaire was again an homebuilt aircraft design of Louis Cariou, President of the RSA at the time and it featured an all-wood construction with fabric covering. Construction of the first example was started by J. Magne (Livry-Gargan) around 1985-1986 and reportedly the aircraft was completed around 1998-1999 with a 60 hp JPX engine as power plant."
