Walter Van Tilborg lives in the Netherlands. Walter obtained his private pilot's license in 1981, and flew Cessna 152 and 172 aircraft for 20 years. He was an air traffic controller in the Royal Netherlands Air Force. Walter has collected photos which he has received mainly from friends rather than photograph them himself. His main involvement in aviation comes in the form of maintaining a descriptive file of what he guesses is "close to 99 percent of all aircraft types since 1945...." Hopefully someday Walter will be able to make that reference source available on a web site. Walter says he will be happy to answer any questions on post-war aircraft types. |
