01/15/2003. Remarks by Walter van Tilborg: "This aircraft and the Skyfly CA-65 are designs of Yugoslav-born Anton Cvjetkovic who emigrated to the US in the period 1958-1960. The CA-61 was first flown in August 1961, the CA-65 in July 1965. Both aircraft were developed in the US and offered for amateur construction. Quite a few were built with various types of landing gear- tail wheel, tricycle, retractable."
