Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "On November 16, 1916, this aircraft (German s/n 391/16) flown by Lieutenant Karl Heinrich Otto Büttner of Jasta 2, was shot and forced down by a Royal Aircraft Factory B.E.2 flown by Captain G.A. Parker and Second Lieutenant H.E. Hervey of RFC No. 8 Squadron. The aircraft came down near Pommier some 10 ml (16 km) south-west of Arres, France, and later marked with British roundels. Lieutenant Büttner became prisoner of war."
