12/31/2007. The third Ju 87 prototype Sturzkampfflugzeug (Stuka, dive bomber) was flown in late 1935, embodying the lowered engine for improved forward vision, the redesigned and enlarged vertical tail, and the characteristic small endplates on the tail plane.
