08/31/2012. This aircraft was substantial damaged in a forced landing at Price Field, Columbus, Ohio, USA, on February 23, 1964. During the initial climb on a training flight, the engine had a flameout due to fuel starvation. The crew was able to return the aircraft to the airfield, but made a very hard landing. Both trainee and instructor escaped injuries, a passenger received minor injuries.
