Fairchild 62A-3 PT-26 Cornell

Remarks by Seth Schlifer: "CF-FLY is the Fairchild PT-19 design as built under license in Canada by Fleet Aircraft Ltd. in Fort Erie, Ontario. Actually, these aircraft were called the PT-26 "Cornell" and were fitted with enclosed canopies to suite the colder winter climate. I'm not sure what other changes may have been incorporated. These planes served as RCAF trainers from 1940 to 1947 until being phased out in favor of the new de Havilland Chipmunk trainers."
