08/31/2010. 18245 was taken on strength November 15, 1954, it was assigned to No. 3 All-Weather (Fighter) Operational Training Unit by 1960, when it flew in the OTU's demonstration team, the Bald Eagles. The OTU was formed at RCAF Station North Bay, Ontario, on November 3, 1952 and then moved to RCAF Station Cold Lake, Alberta, on May 22, 1955. The aircraft was struck off charge October 18, 1962, and subsequently scrapped. View also the History Brief .
