05/31/2008. Produced in 1928, the pictured aircraft was originally built as an C-3B, powered by a 200 hp Wright J-5 nine-cylinder radial. On October 7 of the same year it was re-engined with a Comet 7 seven-cylinder radial and became a C-3L, registered as NX6438.
