08/15/2008. Remarks by Ray Watkins: "This was a training helicopter for the USN based on the Model 47J (becoming the Model 47K). Eighteen aircraft were produced, BuNo 145847 to 135854, the first was delivered in December 1957. The type was redesignated as the TH-13N in 1962."
