11/30/2008. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "Ordered in the summer of 1916, this aircraft was produced by Fokker at Schwerin, Germany in late September 1917, and delivered to the NethAAS at Soesterberg on October 1. It was withdrawn from use in 1921."
