Seen during one of it test flights, this aircraft carries the markings of the Servicio de Aviación del Ejército Ecuatoriano (SAE), the flying branch of the Ecuadorian Army. Delivered with s/n T-201 on July 27, 1974; it was written off on November 19, 1979.
