06/05/2016. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "Reportedly built in 1937, this homebuilt aircraft, fitted with a Continental O-200 piston engine, received a new CofA on May 25, 1978. A year later, April 26, 1979, at the end of a local instructional check flight, the aircraft received substantial damage in a hard landing at Ramona Airport, 25 mls (40 km) north-east of San Diego, California, USA. On August 3, 1991, the aircraft was registered to its last owner, Robert McAllister of Santee, California; the registration was cancelled December 4, 2003, reasoned as destroyed."
