03/31/2013. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "The third Phantom produced by McDonnell, as an YF4H-1, this aircraft was first redesignated F4H-1F and later F-4A. Between September 1960 and February 1966, it was assigned to General Electric for J79 development work. Presently it is preserved at the National Museum of the Marine Corps at Triangle, Virginia, adjacent to the MCAS Quantico."
