07/31/2009. George G. Williams founded the Texas Aero Manufacturing Company at Temple, Texas, USA, in 1908. In 1927 the company produced the two/three-seat Commercial-Wing that was designed by Williams and George Carroll. Reportedly only four were produced which have been all registered differently:

The type is also stated as the Williams Texas-Temple Commercial-Wing and Williams Texas-Temple Commercial-Wing Taperwing.
