05/31/2010. This aircraft was originally delivered to the Soviet AF in 1984. Due to the formal division of the Soviet Union on December 21, 1991 this aircraft was assigned to the Russian AF. When struck off charge it was sold to the USA where it was registered as N454WF on April 21, 2005.

It wears the colors of the US Navy Attack Squadron VA-36 ("Road Runners") while at the USS Independence. However, this aircraft is registered to Guy Williams of Carson City, Nevada and it has never served with the USN. View also the History Brief .
