Hughes 269C

03/31/2010. Remarks by Johan Visschedijk: "Produced under license by Schweizer in 1985, this helicopter is used in an unique air show which has been ongoing for many years. Fitted with strap-on blue eyes, red-button nose and a mouth, "Otto" is flown by retired US Army pilot Roger Buis, presently Chief Pilot for Heliworks of Pensacola, Florida. With the helicopter Buis operates a 4 ft (1.2 m) yo-yo, tows banners (even flying backwards), and for the kids, fills an inflatable balloon (just visible deflated in the 'mouth' of helicopter) with compressed air, simulating "Otto" blowing a bubblegum bubble till it pops.

In recent years Roger Buis, Stearman pilot John Mohr and stuntman Todd Green formed The Untied Team, their act being the transfer of Todd Green from the biplane to the helicopter in the air, while Green is clinging on to the skid, the helicopter is performing some aerobatic turns, including a 'hammerhead'."
