03/31/2012. Produced for the USAF this aircraft was assigned to the 527th Tactical Fighter Training Aggressor Squadron, 10th Tactical Reconnaissance Wing, USAF Europe, based at RAF Alconbury, UK. The squadron simulated Soviet tactics and the aircraft wore Soviet camouflage schemes and large nose numbers. 74-1544 eventually was transferred to the USN with a BuNo similar to the USAF s/n: 741544. It served with VFA-127 and VMFT-401, and by November 2006 it had been transferred to the AMARC.
