11/30/2007. Remarks by Bernhard Klein: "Plagued by engine cooling problems and troubles with the turbo supercharger system (seen on side of engine nacelle), the 206 A-20 ordered were produced as A-20 and A-20A attack bomber, P-70 night fighter and F-3 photographic reconnaissance aircraft.

The pictured aircraft was the sole A-20 produced, which flew for the first time in late October 1938. After completion of flight testing, the turbochargers were removed and re-engined by two R-2600-11s it became the XP-70 night fighter prototype. It crashed on February 5, 1943, near Kissimmee AAFB, Florida."
