The pictured aircraft was produced as a RF-4E-47-MC, s/n 69-7516, and was delivered to AG 52 (Aufklärungsgeschwader, Reconnaissance Squadron) in Leck. It crashed near Coesfeld on Jun 15, 1988, killing both pilots."
