Vladislav Verner, staff-member of the VZLU (Vyzkumny a ZkusebniLetecky Ustav, Aeronautical Research and Test Institute) designed and built this aircraft, belived to be the first home-built designed in Czechoslovakia since WW II. The aircraft was flown for the first time by Rudolf Duchon in April 1970. |
