Antares MA-30

07/31/2012. Design of the Antares trikes was started in the late 1980s by the Russian engineer Sergey Zozulya, and the first Antares MA-30 was manufactured in 1991. On May 6, 1993, the pictured aircraft was flown by Mike Jacober over the 20,327 ft (6,196 m) summit of Mount McKinley, Alaska, the highest peak in North America. The aircraft was donated to the EAA museum in 2004.
