07/07/2007. This aircraft is a replica from the Vickers Type 22 Monoplane (Blériot type) designed in 1910. Constructed in 1960 by Douglas Bianchi from London it was fitted with a 75 hp Continental engine, after a "work-over" by Personal Plane Services of White Waltham it was used for the filming of the movie "Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines" in 1964.

The aircraft is preserved at the Southward Car Museum at Paraparaumu, New Zealand.
